JOB SUMMARY: Assisting with valet; taking tickets and calling them to valet staff when none are present. Giving directions and information to inquiring guests. Accepting hats, coats and other misc. to safe guard them while the guest are enjoying the casino.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have good customer service skills, experience preferred. Always professional and clean in presentation.

 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Able to work independently. Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment and in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for 75% of the shift.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greeting guest as they enter the casino. Assisting guest with their coats, hats or other things to be checked in. Assisting the Valet department in taking tags and calling up cars, in the absence, of valet staff.
