We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes with exceptional presentation while leading the kitchen staff to ensure our food service operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and lead kitchen staff during shifts.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all stations complete assigned tasks.
• Manage menu composition and make adjustments as necessary.
